Fast Park, the largest airport parking company in the United States, has rebranded its last remaining Airport Fast Park location as the more up-to-date Fast Park & Relax. Airport Fast Park, the company’s flagship brand, launched in 1984, and this event closes the book on its history.
CLEVELAND HOPKINS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Located at 18899 Snow Road, less than a mile from Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport (CLE), the 18-acre property has been accommodating CLE passengers for almost 15 years.
Partner at Chavez Properties and parent business of Fast Park, Melanie Chavez, is pleased to introduce the revitalized Fast Park & Relax brand to the Cleveland area.
RENOVATIONS
In May, the firm finished renovations to the facility available on airport Fast Park, including a new front door, and last week they unveiled the first Fast Park branded elements.
The arrival of further modernized Fast Park signs is imminent. Keep an eye out for the green and black Fast Park shuttles, which have the brand’s characteristic graphics of at-ease vacationers on their flanks.
EXCELLENT STANDARDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
To elaborate, Chavez said, “The new identity is meant to express to our visitors that we are changing, remaining up to current, and attempting to continuously give excellent standards of customer service throughout all regions.
PARK PLACE
Another airport parking provider close by, Park Place (at 18951 Snow Road), is a sibling firm of airport Fast Park and has also just undergone major modifications.
Moreover, in early 2021, both establishments updated their Express Lane Exits with contactless payment technology to provide customers with a fully touch-free experience, as part of the company’s commitment to continuously enhance the guest experience and discount available on Fast Park and relax coupon.
The improvement was one of several implemented in the last 12 months to restore clients’ trust in taking trips with us.
U.S. FAST PARKS OFFER TOUCHLESS EXPERIENCE
Fast Park, a renowned airport parking service, has reacted to the epidemic by reevaluating operations with a new customer-centric approach that alters the hands-on, intimate experiences upon which the business was founded.
Recently, the firm finished installing contactless payment at all of its Express Lane Exits at its 16 locations, which service some of the biggest airports in the country.
CONTACT LESS PAYMENT
When COVID-19 appeared in the United States in 2020, contactless payment technology was already being studied as a potential effort. Airport Fast Park, like many other businesses, had to quickly advance its technological infrastructure to meet the needs of its new, more isolated and socially isolated clientele.
HASSLE FREE AIRPORT PARKING
According to Robert Chavez, Fast Park’s Chief Operating Officer, “the Fast Park brand was based on giving the most efficient and hassle-free airport parking experience for passengers,” and “today, it includes emphasizing health and safety above all else.
PAYMENT SYSTEMS
The corporation was able to install, beta test, and gradually roll out the new payment systems in each of its 16 countries during periods of low airline travel demand. Because of the relaxation of travel restrictions at the last site, the final piece of equipment was installed at the beginning of March.
MOBILE REWARDS CARD
Guests may use their mobile Rewards Card during check-in and check-out, as well as pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a contactless credit card through an Express Lane Exit, all without touching anything.
However, customers who have not yet made the switch to contactless payment may still use their credit cards to make purchases by inserting an EMV (chip-enabled) card or swiping a payment method that uses a magnetic stripe and a chip.
TOURISM INDUSTRY
Chavez said the last year has been the most challenging for the tourism industry as a whole. That an essential part of the economy can keep running at all, even at decreased capacity, is a testament to the travel industry’s practices, rules, and operational processes. To safeguard the health and safety of its customers, airport Fast Park has perfected every facet of airport parking.
