CORBETT DHIKALA ZONE FULL INFORMATION
Dhikala is a popular tourist destination in Corbett National Park. It is located at the edge of the Patli Dun Valley, through which the Ramganga surges in many channels. Canter Safari

Chaurs (GrassLands)
Dhikala is known for its vast grassland, which is home to many animals such as elephants, wild pigs, wild pigs, and hog deers. Visitors often spot wild Tigers crossing the grassland and chasing deer.
Watch Tower

Sambar Trail
The jungle track runs from the Dhikala watchtower to the Khinanauli Rest House. This is the most popular area for tigers to be seen due to its location between the hills and the riverbed. This area is where most of the animals cross while they are looking for water. This track is frequented by elephants. It is also important to know how to reverse your vehicle if you plan on driving down the track just before sunset. One or two Serpant Eagles nestled in a tree near the track. It is almost certain that this track won’t disappoint you if patience is your virtue.
There are many types of Deers that can be seen in the area. These include Spotted Deer, The Sambar (Cervus unicercus), Para (Axis pornicus), Kakkar(Muntiacus Muntjak), and the Barking Deer. This is because of the loud sound it makes which resembles a Dog’s bark.
